My name is Dr. Kevin Sadati, I’m a facial plastic surgeon practicing in Fashion Island, Newport Beach. This past year I’ve renovated my office from a one-story medical center, into a luxurious two-story surgical facility and medical spa. We got LA Tour Builders with a simple referral from Next door. We were extremely pleased when Kamran (who is the owner and project manager) met with us since he was well versed with the improvements we wanted and even made suggestions on how to achieve the look that we wanted within the budget we had. His team was fast, efficient and reliable. The job entailed, re-painting the entire interior, covering up a fireplace, knocking down part of a wall, re-flooring the entire second floor, installing lights and changing stairs and he finished it all in less than 45days!! Even with a few additional requests on the side (change kitchen fixtures, added cabinet work).

We loved the fact that Kamran would send us pictures of the progress in the mornings and that he was on point with our requests. He also went over and above the call of duty since we added some last minute touches and they were able to deliver too.

We have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and this has been our best experience. The quality of their work was amazing, not only was it fast but they did their work top notch, perfectly done (they have a great crew). Kamran the owner also had a great style, we left a lot of the styling decisions to his opinion and he had great interior design like skills in helping us choose styles and colors, especially the tiny details which made a big difference. His prices were also very reasonable and he will work with and around your budget. He would begin by showing you an estimate of every cost with a description of what it includes so you’re aware of every cost and detail from start to finish so you’re not surprised at all.

And he does everything! We removed so many walls inside and outside, put the sliding doors, colored, re did counter tops, tore down and got a new bathtub, stoned the backyard, added fake grass and took down the barbeque pit outside and added a new patio cover with a balcony above it and a TV and fireplace combo beneath it. He can do it all!!

My wife and I could not be happier with our experience working with La tour builders and its owner, Kamran Aminloo, regarding remodeling of our living room. When we bought our house two years ago, we had a plan to remove two walls and relocate the fire place and customize our living room based on our needs. After talking to few contractors and architects, we found out that our remodeling plan was more complicated than what we were told, mainly because of an existing shear wall with a fireplace that we wanted to relocate. and excessive engineering codes and regulations by the City of Irvine for our project. We were told that either we have to revise our plan and leave the shear wall intact or the cost would significantly be higher than our budget. We almost gave up on our plan until we got introduced to La tour builders. After having few meetings and going through some other alternative plans, the owner, Kamran, suggested to follow our original plan. Kamran took his time and spend more than a month researching and consulting with different architectural companies and followed up with the City of Irvine in order to obtain all the permits before coming back to us with his company’s proposal. To our surprise the proposal included an improved version of what we were looking for with a total cost that was close to our budget. We decided to sign up with La tour builders and that was the best decision that we could’ve made. La tour builders transformed our small and old fashion living room into a beautiful and modern open space living room with unbeatable price. Their attention to details was above my expectations and despite complexity of our project, they finished the project on time and within the budget. First time I meet Mr. Aminloo was at my parents’ house while he was consulting to have their windows replaced. I found him to be very professional and his prices were very competitive.
